    1. About AFSID Group International

    AFSID Group International is a provider of automated trading solutions offering professional licensing systems, product development, and global support for traders, brokers, and investment managers.

    2. Supported Platforms

    AFSID Group International supports two main platforms: MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

    • 2.1. AFSID Pro Global Investment MT4
      This product still uses MT4, known for its simplicity, lightweight performance, and wide broker support. Suitable for traders familiar with the MT4 ecosystem who want to focus on global investment strategies.
    • 2.2. MT5 Products (Forex Hunter Pro-X, Crypto Hunter Pro-X, Metal Hunter Pro-X, Trading Central Pro-X)
      All our latest products are based on MT5, which is more modern and professional. MT5 features advanced systems, supports multi-asset trading (Forex, Gold, Crypto, Oil), and includes a built-in news filter integrated directly into the trading robots to detect market conditions in real time. MT5 also offers faster execution, greater stability, and full support for AI-based strategies.

    📌 Comparison Summary:

    • MT4 → Simple, lightweight, widely supported, but older technology without automatic news filtering.
    • MT5 → Modern, multi-asset, faster execution, stable, with integrated news filter and full AI strategy support.

    👉 For this reason, all new AFSID Group International products use MT5, except AFSID Pro Global Investment, which still runs on MT4.

    3. License Types Available

    • 3.1. Personal License Lifetime – 1 Account → Lifetime validity, includes 1 real account + 1 demo license.
    • 3.2. IB License Lifetime – 5 Accounts → Lifetime validity, includes 5 real accounts + 2 demo licenses. ⚠️ All licenses must be activated within 6 months of purchase, otherwise they will automatically expire.
    • 3.3. IB License Unlimited Accounts – 1 Year → Valid for 1 year, unlimited accounts, license holders receive a License Generator to create their own licenses.

    4. License Activation

    • 4.1. Personal License & IB License (5 Accounts) → Activation is done using an activation code provided by AFSID Admin.
    • 4.2. Unlimited License (1 Year) → Activation is performed independently by the license holder using the License Generator.

    5. License & Additional Features

    • 5.1. Can EA comments be customized?
      • Personal License → Fixed EA comments.
      • IB License (5 Accounts) → Customizable bot comments.
      • Unlimited License (1 Year) → EA name and comments are customizable.
    • 5.2. Can I change the robot’s name and comment section?
      This feature is only available for IB License holders. Personal License users do not have this option.
    • 5.3. Can I upgrade my license in the future?
      No. Each license type is fixed according to the applicable terms and conditions.

    6. Support & Updates

    • 6.1. Will I receive support after purchase?
      Absolutely. All official customers receive priority support.
    • 6.2. Will I receive software updates?
      Yes. Personal and IB License holders are entitled to free updates.

    7. Demo & Testing

    • 7.1. Are demo licenses available?
      • Personal License → 1 demo license.
      • IB License (5 Accounts) → 2 demo licenses.
      • Unlimited License (1 Year) → Unlimited, since license holders can generate their own licenses.
    • 7.2. Can I test it on a demo account first?
      Absolutely! We strongly recommend starting with a demo account before switching to a live account.

    8. Installation & Account Setup

    • 8.1. Is installation support provided?
      Yes. Our support team will assist you with the installation process at no additional cost.
    • 8.2. Can the robot be used on a Cent account?
      Yes,
    • 8.3. Is the robot compatible with all brokers?
      Yes,

    10. VPS

    • 10.1. Do I need a VPS?
      Yes. A VPS is highly recommended to ensure the EA runs continuously 24/7 without interruptions from internet connection or power outages.
